Before you post.

Does my lender allow lease transfers?

Most do — BMW Financial, Mercedes-Benz Financial, Honda Financial, Toyota Financial, GM Financial all permit transfers. There’s usually a $400–$700 lender-side fee that the transferee pays directly. Confirm with your lender before listing.

What about my credit?

When a transfer is approved by the lender, your lease moves cleanly to the new lessee’s name. Some lenders keep you as a co-signer for the remaining term; others release you fully. Ask your lender — we’ll help you read the policy.

Do I have to pay any commission?

No. The $172.46 is the only fee from us. Whatever you negotiate with the transferee — cash incentive, security deposit handoff, transfer fee split — is yours.

What if no one transfers it in 60 days?

Your listing expires. You can re-list at any time (new payment), tweak the photos, drop the cash incentive, or pull the listing entirely and continue your lease as normal.
