How we handle your information.

Prestige Leasing is a Greater Montreal car leasing concierge service. This privacy policy explains what information we collect when you use this site, how we use it, and how we protect it.

We collect what you give us through our forms — only what we need:

• Quote requests: name, email, phone, vehicle of interest, budget, term, timeline, notes.
• Trade-in requests: the above plus vehicle details (year, make, model, kms, condition) and up to 6 photos of the vehicle.
• Credit pre-qualification: name, email, phone, date of birth, address, employment, income range, vehicle of interest, and a photo of your driver’s license.
• Automatic data: IP address and browser user-agent string, used for spam protection.

We do NOT collect: Social Insurance Number, bank account information, or full credit reports through this website. If you proceed past pre-qualification, that information is collected in person at signing.

• To prepare and deliver a lease quote, trade-in valuation, or pre-qualification.
• To contact you via the email and phone number you provide.
• To improve our service (anonymized aggregate stats only).
• To protect against spam and abuse (rate-limiting by IP).

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third-party marketers.

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate this site. Each receives only the data needed to do its job:

• Supabase — stores your form submission. Data hosted in Canada.
• Resend — sends Prestige Leasing the email notification when you submit.
• Vercel — hosts the website and handles spam protection.

Each provider has its own privacy policy. We do not authorize them to use your data for anything beyond providing services to us.

License images uploaded with the credit pre-qualification form are stored in a private, encrypted Supabase Storage bucket. They are accessible only to Prestige Leasing through short-lived signed URLs. They are not indexed by search engines and are not shared with credit bureaus, marketers, or any third party.

You can request deletion of your license image at any time by emailing hello@prestigeleasing.ca.

We keep form submissions for as long as is reasonable to serve you and meet our record-keeping obligations:

• Active leads: indefinitely while you remain a customer.
• Trade-in photos & license images: 12 months after submission, then deleted.
• Closed/declined leads: 24 months, then anonymized or deleted.

You can request earlier deletion at any time — see “Your rights” below.

Under Quebec Law 25 and the federal PIPEDA, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have about you.
• Access a copy of it.
• Correct it if it’s inaccurate.
• Withdraw consent and have it deleted.
• Complain to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec or the federal Privacy Commissioner.

This site uses a minimal set of essential cookies and similar technologies required for the site to function (form session state, spam protection). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies today.

If we add analytics in the future, the consent banner shown on your first visit will ask you to opt in. You may choose “Essentials only” or “Accept all”; refusing analytics is as easy as accepting them, in keeping with Quebec Law 25. You can change your decision at any time by clearing the prestige_cookie_consententry from your browser’s site data — the banner will reappear on your next visit.

Data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS. Database and file storage are encrypted at rest. Access to your data within our team is limited to Prestige Leasing and the technical team that maintains the site.

When we update this policy, we update the date at the top. Material changes are announced via the site banner before they take effect.
