The agreement in plain English.

By using prestigeleasing.ca (the “Site”) or submitting any form on it, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or submit any forms.

These Terms govern only your use of this website. The actual lease, finance, or purchase contracts you eventually sign are separate written agreements between you and the leasing or financial institution providing the vehicle.

Prestige Leasing is a Greater Montreal car leasing concierge service operated independently. We help customers find, lease, finance, and take delivery of vehicles. We are not a dealership and not a registered lender; we work alongside established dealers and financial institutions.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Submit information that belongs to someone else without their permission.
• Upload images that contain malware, illegal content, or third-party copyrighted material you do not own.
• Attempt to interfere with, probe, scrape, or overwhelm the Site.
• Use automated tools to submit forms (bots, scripts, AI agents).

We may decline to respond to any request that appears fraudulent or that violates these Terms.

Any monthly payment, term, residual, down payment, or pricing figure provided through this Site (including the live receipt animation on the homepage and any quote we email back) is an estimate based on the information you supply and on conditions at the moment of quoting.

Estimates are not binding offers. Final pricing depends on:

• Vehicle availability at the time of contract signing.
• Manufacturer and lender pricing programs in effect on the signing date.
• Your full credit profile as evaluated by the lender.
• Applicable taxes, fees, registration costs, and provincial regulations.

The binding figures are those that appear on the written contract you sign in person. Until then, every number is an indicative working estimate.

Trade-in values quoted based on photos, kilometers, year/make/model, and your self-reported condition are preliminary estimates. A final trade-in value is determined only after physical inspection of the vehicle.

We rely on the accuracy of the information you provide. Misrepresentation of condition, mileage, or title status may result in a revised final value or cancellation of the trade.

The credit pre-qualification form on the Site is a light pre-screening only. It is not a credit application, not a guarantee of approval, and does not result in a hard credit pull on this site. We do not collect your Social Insurance Number, bank account details, or pull credit bureau reports through the Site.

If pre-qualification proceeds to a formal application, that application is made in person with the relevant lender, who will conduct the full credit check under their own consent process.

When you upload photos (trade-in vehicle photos, driver’s license image), you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use those images solely for the purpose of processing your request — valuing your trade-in, verifying your identity for pre-qualification, and discussing your file with the corresponding dealer or lender.

We will not use uploaded images for marketing, advertising, social media, public display, or any purpose outside processing your request.

You confirm that you own or have the right to share any image you upload, and that the image does not violate anyone else’s rights.

The Site, including its design, text, code, logos, animations, and brand expression, is owned by Prestige Leasing and its service providers. You may view and share the public pages, but you may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or use the Site or its content for any commercial purpose without written permission.

The vehicle makes, models, and trademarks mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners and are referenced for descriptive purposes only.

How we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site you also accept the Privacy Policy.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any vehicle availability, manufacturer offer, or pricing program referenced on the Site — these are determined by third parties and change frequently.

Nothing on the Site is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Decisions about leasing, financing, or purchasing a vehicle are yours to make, ideally in consultation with your own financial advisor.

To the maximum extent permitted by Quebec law, Prestige Leasing is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.
• Errors or omissions in any quote, estimate, or vehicle description.
• Acts or omissions of dealers, lenders, manufacturers, or other third parties.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Site.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded under Quebec consumer protection law.

You agree to defend and indemnify Prestige Leasing, Prestige Leasing personally, and our service providers from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) your misuse of the Site, (b) information you submitted that turned out to be false or fraudulent, (c) content you uploaded that violated someone else’s rights, or (d) your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Quebec, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

The exclusive forum for any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site is the competent courts of the District of Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we update the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, stop using the Site.
